Unfortunately, we are no longer offering shipped sample pieces. What we can do is create samples of specific item requests
and e-mail pictures upon completion. If you have any questions regarding any of our products, please feel free to email us.
At this time we only accept payment through Pay Pal.
We do accept custom orders by form of e-mail. To place custom order request we use Pay Pal's invoicing tool. This option
allows us to create manual invoices for specific quantity requests and or custom color and sizing requests.
How long will my order take? How can I RUSH my order?
All of our products are custom made to order and thus require 3-5 business days production time unless the order is over 80
pieces in which case 5-9 BUSINESS days are required. For large orders on our centerpieces we require at least 1 week
production time. All orders ship using USPS First Class mail, Priority Mail or Standard Post from our Miami shop.
Depending on the time of year and how busy our shop is, orders can be completed before 3 days or after 10 days. The
"NEED BY DATE" or "EVENT DATE" is of utmost importance and we ask our customers to notify us by form of e-mail of
such date when placing large size orders.
Because we manufacture all our products in house, we can always RUSH an order provided you give us sufficient notice time
at an extra charge. Rush orders are not accepted during our peak season. We offer over night shipping ( Express Mail) at
customer request for an additional charge and 2 day (Priority Mail).
At this time we are not offering International shipping
We do not offer item returns due to all items being custom made to order but we do exchange damaged items as a result of
